Welcome to your cozy getaway at 212 W Third Street, perfectly situated just a block from the charming shops, cafes, and restaurants of historic downtown Lewes. This inviting home provides a blend of comfort and convenience, starting with rare off-street parking, an open-plan first floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious family room, and a full bathroom. Designed to bring everyone together, the living spaces are ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area or unwinding with loved ones.

Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements are well-suited for families or groups, offering a private king bedroom, a pass-through room with twin beds, and a lovely queen bedroom beyond. For added privacy and flexibility, a separate attached guest suite includes its own kitchenette, a luxury sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom—perfect for Grandma and Grandpa or extended family and friends. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on one of the two peaceful patios, where you can soak up the coastal charm of Lewes.
