Sparkling condo with 2 master bedroom suites with private baths, one with a reading alcove and day bed; separated by large great room with kitchen bar, full dining room area and comfortable elegance to play games, do puzzles and just walk. Chef’s kitchen that is open to your family and friends so you can prepare fabulous meals together.

Fully furnished and comes with lots of games and puzzles. All new appliances. Bosch dishwasher, gas range, microwave, convection oven, full sized washer and dryer, 50” smart TV, WiFi, ceilings fans, AC, Bose mini speaker, MOMA-design award CD player, and a kitchen outfitted for a chef. Lenox dinnerware, Zwiesel wine glasses, All-Clad cookware, french press and automatic drip coffee makers, international assortment of teas, kitchen basics (sugar, flour, Sriracha sauce, Old Bay), Cuisinart smoothie maker + lots more. Excellent knives for those of us who love to cook.

Two full bathrooms have Coyuchi bath towels, MacKenzie Childs and Michael Aram bath accessories. Luxury bath products provided.

Outdoor porch with view of lake. You have the option of creating a small garden on the porch (plant allowance included).

Condo is on the third floor of an elevator building. Quiet residential building (2
month minimum rental designed to keep the community calm and residential).

Community pool, small lake stocked with bass, bright and airy private clubhouse with gym overlooking the pond, dog agility park, and close to Georgetown-Lewes bike path (which connects with bike paths through Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth). 4.5 miles to Lewes beach, and about 5 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park. You avoid Route 1 to get to both the Lewes town beach and all the beaches on Cape Henlopen -- much more relaxing in the busy months.

Minimum rental period is two months. Available June through September -- $4500 a month (discount if taken for full 4 month period). Weekly professional housecleaner. Dog friendly condo and complex (dog towels provided). Deposit required.

Owner willing to answer any inquiries. Please note that the rental term (2 months) is not flexible. You may choose any consecutive 60 day period available.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at this condo.
