The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We often stay here as we travel to visit family and the rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is simple and the area is always clean and well stocked. This is the perfect, inexpensive stop for a good night's sleep and breakfast before hitting the road for another day.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here Our experience at this hotel was truly awful from start to finish. The first room we were given had a strong, unpleasant smell the moment we walked in. The room was visibly dirty, the curtains were stained, and to our shock, we even found insects inside. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for another room, but the desk worker was rude and dismissive instead of helpful. After some pushback, we were moved to a second room — only to find the exact same problems. The odor, the dirt, the stains, and the insects were all still there. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities at this hotel. When we requested a refund, the front desk worker refused to authorize it and only relented after we contacted Hotels.com directly. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was astounding. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Between the filthy rooms, poor hygiene standards, and unhelpful staff, I strongly recommend avoiding this property altogether. Spend your money somewhere that actually values its guests and maintains a clean, comfortable environment.

Staff was very friendly. The room had poor lighting and the bathtub was disgusting. The beds and pillows need an upgrade. The room next to us was getting cleaned at 6 am and the cleaner was blasting the TV. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

No elevator! Our room was on the 2’d floor. My husband has Parkinson’s and we had been traveling for 9 hours. Kind of hard going up All The steps with luggage in our hands. Also- the heater in the pool went out so it was suggested I not get in as the water would be cold. I have a leg injury and was looking forward to walking in the water to help it out. Service was excellent; room was great. And breakfast was nice.

This was an incredible value! Our room was large and clean. I gave them a 4/5 rating because the shower handle came off when I turned on the shower and, though I wrestled the faucet as far to “hot” as I could, the water was lukewarm.
