Beautiful, NEW construction condo in an historic building, but nothing about the condo is. This condo is in a quiet, secure, multi-use building. There is nothing not to like about it!
The Space:
Bedroom 1: You will have a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a huge accessible shower and double vanity.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, television, ensuite bathtub/shower combination and double vanity.
Kitchen: All new major appliances, long 4-6 seater island (4 bar stools), pantry, coffee pot+pod Keurig, full-stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, baking equipment and bar equipment. Nothing spared!
Other: 1/2 bathroom, pull-out full size sofa, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, large mirrors for getting ready, black out curtains, and lots of closet space.
We provide: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap, counter top cleaner and dryer sheets.
Enjoy a small bowl on convenient snacks and a bottled water for each guest upon arrival.
Parking: One parking spot per unit at a near by lot. The lot is sits at the corner of Church street and Broadway. It is a small 14-spot lot at 148 N. Broadway, Lexington, KY 40507.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the full unit, hallways, elevator, and entry ways.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this historic building is under construction through Nov 2025. Construction is taking place on the first floor between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm (M-F). Noise and disruption is minimal.
Parking: We have only one parking spot per unit.
