This is quite possibly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The set up in the room was great. It was clean. It was comfortable. It was exactly what I needed. I’d recommend anyone to stay here for the price and convenience. Staff was great.

Staff was rude about having to take cash for snack things because she had to do cash paperwork, Water was so hot couldn’t stand to take a shower, complaint about tv was too loud when it was barely turned on for 10 mins(im legally deaf, tv didn’t have caption option on there to turn on)staff came banging on door at 10:30 whenever check out time was at 11 plus we asked for late check out as well! Will never stay here again

I. Again, had to switch rooms (twice in less than 2 weeks at this property). This stay, the room had no heat. 60 degrees in the room. Hotter in the hall. Front desk. Tries to reset the HVAC with me watching versus assign new room (plenty available). Finally assigned a new room - one with heat. 10 o'clock at night arrival. Didnt need the hassle.

Parking was great. There was no pet friendly area to take them potty. The room that I booked was suppose to have a separate area for sitting. Pictures showed a 2 room area with a couch and chair. The room we received was NOT as pictured. When I asked the lady at the desk she said they only had two rooms like that in the facility and she had just rented the last one to the gentleman in line. That was AFTER I checked in. I had 2 dogs so a smaller room for 2 days was challenging and cramped. The air conditioning didn’t work, just the fan and I couldn’t get the room to cool past 73 degrees. The water in both sinks worked good. Hot hot water in both. However the shower, not so much! The water barely reached Luke warm. All in all very unsatisfying experience. On top of one elevator that in the mornings you couldn’t really use with a long wait and trying to maneuver around tons of housekeeping and huge carts. Housekeeping also cleaning the main lobby in the mornings when people are trying to get coffee or check out. Staff was friendly but not helpful and even made us find our own luggage cart

One drawer was full of trash including an enema box, dirty women's panties, RedBull cans, etc. The other issue was that I spent a half hour on the phone with the IT people trying to get the television to allow me to stream my movie app from my phone. They said they would call me back but never did.
