The breakfast food was burnt and tasted old. The beds were sooooo uncomfortable. My autistic son was shoved by a guy in the lobby right in front of staff and nothing was done. We were harassed by the same guy at the gas station next to the hotel because he wanted us to buy him cigarettes.

This location is ok to stay at but it needs to be updated and certain things fixed. The room I stayed in was clean to an extent, the bed and toilet was clean so that's a plus. Certain things like the bathroom door needs to be replaced or painted, you can see stains on the door from constant contact. The outlet on the bathroom wall was loose which could be a possible electrical hazard. There is a divider between the bed and couch which has stains on it, maybe food but not sure. The guy that checked us in was really nice. Some of the housekeepers were nice, one of the ladies during breakfast told one of the guests he can’t take food to go and he told her that he was bringing food to his wife that was still in the room. I can see both sides but I thought that was a bit embarrassing to do that in front of people.

Probably would choose a different hotel next trip

The king bed in room 301 was terrible. It seemed broken down & lumpy. On the surface it was ok but the room & especially bathroom needed a deep clean. There was coffee(?) splattered on back of bathroom door. On check out, I “interrupted her conversation of the desk clerk, she was on her cell phone, tried to tell her about the bed & was marginally acknowledged.
