Nice place, clean, kind manager, missing some amenities

Check in was easy and property manager was easy to reach and communicate with. We used their portable infant crib (Pack n play) which was a nice amenity. The space was clean and well cared for. Building felt safe with access codes for building and elevator after hours and a customized access code to our door. You can hear sirens outside very often which is to be expected for the location, but difficult for a small child to sleep through. There is also a vent from the bedroom to the main living space which carries sound pretty clearly. For us, this posed a problem when we put our child to bed and wanted to continue activity in the main space. My reason for removing 1 star is primarily the following. There was only one soft, clean towel available, despite indicating on our booking there would be 3 of us staying. There were several other scratchier towels balled up unceremoniously under the sink. The kitchen is very bare bones. There are no pots or pans so if you're intending to cook something make sure it can be made on a baking sheet. Overall a nice place to stay. Would work well for adults not intending to use the kitchen and I'm sure the manager would have addressed the towels had we asked. She was very kind and responsive!
