Super clean. Convenient to a brand new Kroger and there’s a Starbucks within walking distance. KY Horse Park is a 12 minute beautiful drive.

This hotel is exceptional with a small kitchenette and full size fridge. Hotel is new and clean. Quiet time at 10pm. Very comfortable and quiet. My only criticism is coffee. It wasnt good, but Starbucks is just across the street.

Another pleasant stay at Everhome Suites, Lexington Horse Park. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Lobby is nice. One complaint I still have is that when parking----you might drive up because there appears to be an open space and find out those spaces are for Elite Members or some other premium guest group (not sure what the name was). The problem isn't really that they offer premium parking for those guests----but that once you get over there and see that, and especially if the area is almost full or full----it can be difficult to turn your vehicle around as it dead ends. And honestly, it is sort of annoying that you might be inconvenienced by parking further away while spots are open in that area and might not even be used. But other than that nitpicking, this is a great place to stay.

The hotel was new and felt clean. I like that they offer a full kitchen and basic utensils, and that it's right by a Kroger so you could cook something healthier instead of relying on fast food.

Disappointing

We stayed at the Everhome Suites in Lexington for a week recently. It was adequate, but I would not stay there again. On the positive, it was new and clean and relatively comfortable. However, my biggest complaint is that was incredibly noisy with no insulation from footsteps above. We were woken many nights by thumps and thuds and walking around above us. In addition, I had not been aware there would be no cleaning service at all for the week, including removing trash, making beds, or sweeping. That was a surprise to me, but perhaps I should have realized. They gave us one bar of soap and no shampoo for the week, so I had to request more at the front desk. There was no separate conditioner and the all-in-one shampoo was horrible. We had to go out and buy shampoo and conditioner immediately. The WiFi was horrible and I had to turn off my phone WiFi completely to use my phone. This also meant we could not stream any of our services like Netflix to the TV, which was a big disappointment. I thought the price was a good deal, but it was too expensive given the bare bones of the hotel. We could have paid a couple hundred more for the entire week and had a full service hotel with breakfast. So, this was a miss and not worth the money.
