Not terrible but not good.

Floors dirty and broken. AC is extremely loud. Parking lot full of holes. Racks falling off wall. Hair in bathroom. Noisy at night.

It was ok for a quick one night stay. The breakfast was great and the common area was clean and well maintained. The room had corner baseboard pieces missing, the floor was coming apart in the bathroom. There was dog food crumbs and muddy prints on the chair and on one of the comforters. It was manageable for the short time we were there.

The hotel is in need of some basic repairs. The floor boards and ceilings are very worn and not finished. Overall it was ok and the staff was very friendly.

My daughter and I traveled for family matters and she is disabled. Our first room had no hot water and the desk agent was completely uncaring and dismissive. She did ultimately provide another room, but that room's floors were falling apart. The third room (changed on our second day there) had similar floor issues, but at least consistent hot water. Our room wasn't cleaned before our last night there - terrible. The only bright light for the stay was desk clerk Wilma, who was sweet and kind to my daughter and did the best to help us with what she had available.
