The staff was great! We had a flat tire. The people at the front desk allowed us to stay in the lounge while it was being serviced. The reason we chose the hotel was an indoor pool. The pool was not open during our stay. If I knew this while booking, we would have chose another hotel. Also, one of the bed linens were stained from fresh coffee.

The pool is very small, our room didn’t have a/c it was 77 degrees in our room, and 80 degrees outside, it was miserably hot, our door lock was coming away from the door, we arrived around 7:15pm at night and had to wait for a clean room, which is crazy because we were well past check in time, water was like warm at best for a shower, limited towels because they didn’t have any clean, overall terrible experience and would not recommend.

The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We had booked two king suites and mine and my husbands was clean and bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker did not seem to work in our room and the TV kept losing connection which was one issue the staff was unable to help with. My daughters room on the other hand had a VERY bad food odor that would not go away. The staff tried spraying the room and did offer for my daughter to switch rooms, but unfortunately they could not offer one on the same floor as us. Being that she had our granddaughter with her she wanted to stay beside us for convenience. The smell lasted the entire duration of our 4 day trip. Pool water was cold and a little cloudy, breakfast was decent. The hotel was clean and again the staff were wonderful and very friendly. It was a good location for getting to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum as well as close to dining options. I would stay there again. J Ward
