Hotel needa repairs

Repairs were greatly needed. Fortunately we were not in the room for extended times. Our bathroom looked dirty due to the cracks and old caulking that gad turned brown. Noone cleaned our room during the stay

Room wasn’t as clean as before. I made a complaint at the front desk. The bathroom tub had a dirty ring around it and hair throughout. The toilet also had been used and wasn’t clean. I always bring cleaning supplies no matter where I say. I took pictures and went to the front desk to report it. The FD clerk offered me another room. I didn’t accept due to me cleaning the room to my expectations. She was very nice and very apologetic.

Fantastic!

Absolutely love the accommodations. Couldn't beat the price! Will return every time I come back. Had to extend my stay and they were veery accommodating. Kudos to the front desk staff and the young lady 😉 cleaning my room on my return....

2nd visit to Lexington’s Quality Inn

the first room we were given, the tv didn’t work at all. Second room, refrigerator control froze everything - even the soda. Breakfast was basic but did offer sausage patties & scrambled eggs which were good, yogurt, various breads, oranges, waffles, etc. The front desk people were very pleasant and Manager was very, very nice. We had been here last summer & returned again for family visit.

Cleaning the floors need improvement.

This is our 4th stay, it is a good fair priced economy hotel. No frills & Thrills. The staff is always great. Our only complaint is the rooms can be cleaned better, the carpet was replaced with pergo type flooring and they have never been mopped. Each stay my wife & I use Clorox wipes on our shoes and “skate” across the entire floor a few times to clean the floors as good as we can.

I was there a couple weeks ago when I first walked into staff was very patient. I was satisfied I asked him. Can I extend the date? And they say yes, even though it was a third-party book, but they still got me situated to stay in the same room for a couple more days and I appreciate the staff for being patient with me the whole entire time manners and respect, laughs and giggles.
