Didn’t even get to check in, front desk person checked two people before me in but couldn’t even get the system to work, never acknowledged me. The lobby was disgusting, windows were completely covered in finger prints. It was sweltering in the lobby, just very gross

Bed and a Shower - not much more.

Warm, clean bed. Warm shower. Room was updated and clean, but the rest of the hotel was very worn and tired. Doors showed years of wear, carpet in front of room was dirty and sticky. Continental breakfast wasnt started half an hour after start time. Had to wait 10 minutes for reception to finish smoking before I coukd check in.

Firat room none of the keys they have us worked so they moved us to a different room. We needed connecting room's they didnt have any then the room they moved us too the ac was broken and leaking on the floor at that point we were tired and just wanted to shower and sleep. The shower curtain had mold on it. We did get a refund for one room since it had all those issues

The grassy area was GREAT for my dog to do potty in. I felt safe as the hotel is directly across from a police station. The room was spacious but the bed was so hard... That's the only downfall.

Commode was stopped and full very nasty upon our arrival called the desk someone came and cleaned it and left a plunger and said if we had problems with it use the plunger the Jett tub had no hot water so we could not use it
