This was a quirky hotel. Rustic and nicely renovated. Unfortunately there was no soundproofing! It was very noisy. Also no convenient parking.

The room looked lovely but we quickly discovered that it was not sound proof. We could hear conversations the couple staying above us had. Every time they flushed the toilet or used the sink, it sounded like pouring rain in our room. Plus, our AC quit in the middle of the night and we couldn’t reset it.

Air conditioning was any effective. It made lots of rattling noises and would not cool to our desired temperature of 68. Room felt kind of dirty. Bugs in the tub. Toenail clippings in the corner of the bathroom.

Fantastic staff. Front desk was awesome. Walls are a bit thin but expected for that the property is. Only complaint was that the in room coffee amenities were not restocked while we we there for 2 nights.

This is a super nice hotel! There isn't parking on site but there is a parking lot they use diagonal from the property.

Best Accident ever

Found The Delegate by accident on Hotels.com. Best accident ever. Everything about it was gorgeous. The detail was spot on as they tried to keep the original warehouse vibe, with a modern hotel twist.

Beautiful hotel, great location!

The Delegate is a beautiful hotel and is in a nice area. It’s close enough for us to walk downtown which was a huge bonus. The only major issue is that the walls are very thin so we had to keep the TV in our room so low that we could barely hear it or else others would complain. Additionally, if people were walking down the hallway, you could hear pretty much every word they said even if they weren’t being loud. With that being said, I’d definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area. They did a wonderful job renovating the hotel, it was very clean, and the staff was nice and helpful.
