Situated on the south facing side of the market town of Leyburn in North Yorkshire, the cottage was once part of the local veterinary surgery and has now been converted into a beautiful holiday cottage for guests to enjoy. Step into the porch that immediately leads you to the spacious open-plan living space, with Smart television ideally situated for cosy nights in after a busy day wandering around one of the many Dales market towns, such as Masham, Bedale or Northallerton. From here, french doors lead out into the garden. An oak staircase takes you up into the stylish master bedroom which benefits from far-reaching views across Wensleydale towards Penhill. Complete with relaxing seating area, 6' super-king size bed (that can be converted to twin beds on request), Smart wall-mounted television and en-suite bathroom, this wonderful space will make you never want to leave.

To the side of the cottage through the french doors, guests can enjoy panoramic views from the picnic table in the garden, or wander up into Leyburn for a bite to eat at one of the many local pubs serving homemade Yorkshire grub.
