Very modern, beautiful, cosy chalet "L'Eden", 3 storeys. In the resort 450 m from the centre of Thermalp (bains), 1.3 km from the centre of d'Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 1.9 km from the skiing area, south facing position. Private: well-kept garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 4 cars), single garage. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 700 m, bar 400 m, bakery 1.3 km, bicycle rental 1.3 km, bus stop "Centre thermal Berney" 500 m, railway station "Riddes" 11 km, thermal baths "Les Bains d'Ovronnaz" 450 m. Chair lift 1.9 km, slopes 1.9 km, ski rental 1.5 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.9 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
