On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the edge of the forest. Private: natural state property 12 ha, garden 600 m2, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 6 km, riding stable 4 km, ski lift 5 km, ski school 9 km, cross country ski track 3 km.
