Late check in, your staff member is a Rock Star! She was quick, polite and thorough. Room was super clean and breakfast was great. I would like to recommend providing lids for the coffee cups in the suggestion box, spills make extra work for staff. This is now our planned overnight stop for our frequent trips. Huge thank you!!!

New hotel. The room was beautiful. Bathroom was one of the most luxurious I've ever seen in a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I slept great and the breakfast was yummy. Will definitely be staying here again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff! Walls in the halls were very marred up and badly in need of repair and paint. This needs to be completed ASAP AS THIS WAS THE ONLY negative we had of this property preventing a 5 star rating!

Overall, a solid choice ,The front desk staff were welcoming, and the room was generally clean. I appreciated the quiet hallways. However, the shower was a bit unreliable, the water never got hot just stayed luke warm .The location is central.The breakfast was decent, but a few more options would be nice.

Staff support lacking and blaming other people for charges they never stated were there when we checked in but when we checked out they said we had charges due to fee changes even though we booked through expedia. They still charged our credit card the full amount after saying they’d drop the charges down and wouldn’t even work with the representative from Expedia. I don’t want to stay at a thieving hotel that trumps up charges after the fact and lie about driopping charges to a certain amount and then turn around and charge the full amount later without telling us. Not staying here again, thieves. Also the treadmill was broken, the only one they have. Never staying here again.
