This cozy apartment features one bathrooms, and two bedrooms complete with a comfortable queen bed and an additional double bed, as part of the living room den. The couch can also be folded out to accommodate one more person. Prepare delicious meals on the BBQ or lounge in the sun at the private outdoor area. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation

This beautiful neighbourhood in Playas del Coco is known for its lush greenery, minutes' walk away from the best pat of Coco beach and an overall peaceful and safe atmosphere. As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on the ground floor. However at the entrance of the complex there is a slight incline in order to get on the path leading to the condo.

Attention!
Please be advised that only one parking space per condo is allowed within the gated complex. We cannot provide additional parking passes for extra vehicles. However, the neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards monitoring the streets, and we have never encountered issues with guest parking on the street. It is essential that you read and comply with this parking policy before confirming your reservation.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
