Welcome to the beautiful Franconian Forest. We offer a comfortably furnished cottage with two bedrooms right on the edge of the forest on 700sqm plot. In the morning you can watch the deer from the terrace, hike through the Franconian Forest and on the nearby Rennsteig or visit the spa in Bad Steben.
The Wall Trail between Franconia and Thuringia as a former inner German border is about 2 km away.
The neighboring state of Thuringia with the Saale-Unstrut region is also easy to reach and offers many excursion possibilities.
The medieval towns of Coburg and Kulmbach are ideal for entertaining day trips.

Minunat amplasată la marginea pădurii, oferind liniște și intimitate, proprietatea este bine dotată din toate punctele de vedere. Ne-a impresionat în mod special dulapul cu mirodenii din bucatarie. Pacat ca locuim atat de departe de Lichtenberg, altfel ne-am intoarce in fiecare an sa ne petrecem vacanta aici.

Spätsommer....

.... Lichtenberg. Zuerst: Das Objekt entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Es war tiptop sauber und ist vollständig ausgestattet. Ein Eierkocher, aber das ist auch das einzige, was ich mir wünschen könnte. Die Lage ist sensationell ruhig. Da in Lichtenberg selber nichts einzukaufen gibt, bis auf einen guten Bäcker, rate ich mit dem Auto anzureisen. Unsere Highlights waren eine Wanderung am Ochsenkopf und eine am Döbraberg. Kronach, Kulmbach und Bayreuth sind ebenfalls einen Abstecher wert.

Urlaub wie gewünscht

Perfekt! Die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war prima, uns wurde alles bestens erklärt. Die Ausstattung des Objektes war gut durchdacht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr gut in Erinnerung sind unsere morgendlichen Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund zum nahegelegenen See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
