Good morning !
One of my favorites in Liège thanks to its great decor and ideal location!
The studio
Located on one of the main boulevards of Liège, in the very center and lined with shops, restaurants and bars, you are here in the heart of the city!
The living room consists of a double bed (good bedding!), a high table with stools and a fully equipped kitchen area (there is even a washing machine!). There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.I recommend it for short and long stays!
Access
The studio is located on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator.
The neighborhood
Boulevard de la Sauvenière is an important artery that connects the main districts of the city center. It is known for its numerous temporary agencies and travel agencies, but also restaurants, bars and snack bars. From the studio you can hear the usual sounds of the city and traffic.
Opposite the building, rue Saint-Gilles is full of small shops, a bakery, a bookstore, one of the best-known ice cream parlors in Liège (Franchi, the best in my opinion!) and various snacks. Next to the building, rue Pont-d'Avroy is the start of the pedestrian center, lively with shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We can say that you will not miss anything.
The studio is also located a few meters from the cinemas (Palace and Churchill), and you will walk less than 10 minutes to reach the Opera and the Theater. For the more sporty, the nearest gym is less than 5 minutes away.
Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:
By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus)
By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines
By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for street dwellers, but it ispossible to park on the streets neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).
