Villa is made of deadwood-patterned concrete elements. This destination is unique, designed for Koli Holiday Home Fair held in 2006. Villa is located in Loma-Koli holiday area.

77 km to the north from Joensuu, lake Pielinen 80 m (871,2 km²), gently deepening bottom, consist of small stones, own beach and boat. Stairs leading to the beach. Villa built in 2006.

The eye-catching feature of the living room-kitchen is in the middle the unique soapstone fireplace with an oven on the other side. The well-equipped kitchen has 2 induction hobs, 2 gas hobs and an electric oven. There is bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds and 3 bed rooms upstairs with 2 single beds each. In addition, there is living area on the upper floor.

There are dressing room, washroom, electric sauna, utility room and office on the ground floor. There are also terrace, balcony and two porches. Ukko-Koli ski slopes 8,5 km.

Reservation starts at 16.00 and ends at 12.00.
