Laura's House, named after the owner's mother, is located on a quiet private street in Lierna, accessible only to residents and guests of the surrounding villas. Traffic is extremely limited, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay, perfect for those seeking a tranquil vacation.
This one-of-a-kind home was created from a renovated barn, preserving its original charm. The house is independent and spread over two floors:
On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Here, you can also enjoy lunch and dinner al fresco, thanks to the dedicated outdoor space.
Upstairs, the stairs lead to the master bedroom with a splendid view of the lake and garden, a second spacious bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and all amenities, overlooking the mountains and garden. This floor also features a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
Heating is provided, if necessary, via electric elements.
