On the 6th floor: living room with double sofa bed, A/C, SAT-TV, furnished terrace, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, one double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Attic floor: one twin and one single bedroom (both with A/C), second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi, shared pool, elevator, and private garage included. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
