Welcome to our ground floor apartment that can accommodate up to seven guests. It is located in an elegant residential complex with a swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for children, set directly along the seafront in a quiet, green area, just a short distance from the center of Lignano Riviera. The apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with a shower box and a nice fenced garden. The accommodation also includes a TV, a microwave, a washing machine, A/C, Wi-Fi and one uncovered parking space per booking. Beach distance: 30mt. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
