Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a car park in the town (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the courtyard or 300 m away).

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-May to mid-September, 3 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep). The area is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (approximately 20 steps).

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, 1 cot, seating area, TV, access to the balcony (garden furniture) and security door. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
