Welcome to our nice duplex, ideal for families with children, at about 300 m from the beach and a few steps away from the town centre of Lignano Riviera, that offers supermarkets, shops, snack bars and restaurants. In our functional and lovely villa you will find a cozy living-dining area with a double sofa bed, a cooking corner with a microwave and a dishwasher, a master-bedroom, a twin bedroom and a windowed bathroom with a shower box. The patio is furnished with fireplace, table, chairs and two sunbeds. Our villa is provided with a safe box, a television set, a satellite TV, air conditioning, free WI-FI, a washing machine and 2/3 parking places in the fenced private garden (depending on the car size).
