Located 27 km from Nantes and 23 km from Ancenis, in the peaceful setting of a small hamlet accessible via a private, tree-lined lane, the Gîte Le Pré Tilleul offers contemporary accommodation in one part of an old building (the other part is the owner's workshop).

A terrace and a large, unfenced outdoor area of 900 m² offer unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and absolute tranquility (on a 3000 m² enclosed plot shared with the owners). Table tennis is available.

Ground floor: open-plan fitted kitchen/living room, shower room, separate WC, and a small utility room for a washing machine and freezer.

First floor (accessible via a slightly steep staircase): two bedrooms, one of which is open and closed off by a curtain (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: two 90x190 cm beds).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, tumble dryer. Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival).
