Marcel and Dominique welcome you to the Sologne region, in Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the Communes de Bon Hôtel. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this characterful property with its oak-lined garden. The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron. Whether you're hiking or cycling, visiting the châteaux, or discovering the various golf courses, you'll be centrally located.
The studio was restored in 2023. There is a shared insulated wall (opening to the entrance hallway and bathroom) with the Gîte la Longère. This 24 m² single-story studio can accommodate 2 people. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. An open-plan 20 m² living room with a library at the entrance, a dining area and equipped kitchen, a living room and bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
