Welcome to `Wahi Maluhia`! Peace to replenish your soul at this beautiful, simple Tropical Condo. Walk to the beach, enjoy the pools and spas, play some tennis and take advantage of grounds of adjacent Resort and picturesque oceanfront setting. Free parking affords you ease of living and a retreat after exploring the Island`s amazing and diverse attractions. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, and then equidistant from Points North and West to head out for each day`s adventures!

Great Central East Side Island Location, 3 miles from the Airport, with all the benefits of Serenity, but equidistant drive distances to all points of interest island-wide !

Kauai Beach Villas is a gated Condominium Complex with pool and tennis and basketball courts, about 3 miles North of the Lihue Airport. It is directly adjacent to a full service resort, which you may use, complete with many Tropical and Picturesque pools and spas, a waterslide and many lovely leisure areas to sit and relax, or stroll along the beach. There are on site restaurants and convenience shop, but not easy walking to any other island attractions. It sits on an East Facing Oceanfront Beach, and the grounds are stunningly beautiful, but a car is essential to explore attractions outside of the Hotel/Resort Grounds.

Definitely recommend renting a car on Kauai for exploring. Parking is Free at the the Kauai Beach Villas.

This VRBO condo is in a good location for exploring the island. The proximity to the Outrigger resort and use of the pool area is convenient. Like most places we have stayed in Hawaii there were some minor challenges with it being well used. Communication with the host was tops.

Sweet place with great features

This place was great for a Hawaiian vacation, a condo in a condo complex with full access to the Outrigger Resort. Gated parking was a breeze. The condo had everything that was needed. Some of the fixtures like the cabinets in the kitchen were not five star but were more than adequate! Everything was well thought out and Very Comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and the communication with the host was top notch. Next time I am back on island will definitely seek this place out first!

love Kauai, was here looking at propertys. Jennifer was good, but our only problem was with the cleaning staff.. things where dirty( Bath towels, floor ) otherwise we enjoyed our stay ... Matt
