A delightful surprise.

We needed a hotel for 1 night near the airport with 2 beds to sleep 3 people. We had a room with 1 King and a twin. Perfect! I read a ton of reviews and took a a chance on Kauai Palms and we are soooooo to glad we did! Here's why. It is a super cute property. The tropical theme in the room was so cute. Old school setup like Melrose Place. It was a step beyond clean. The property was older but the property and rooms were sparkling clean. There is a wonderful display of Hawaiian history and items on display. It was fascinating to read the history and look at artifacts. A hidden gem. The hotel is close to beaches and shopping but not in the resort areas. It is more downtown in local areas. The staff was super nice, welcoming and helpful. This hotel is crazy close to the airport.

It’s an older property, so be wary of electricity usage and sink water temperature. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. The staff was so nice.

We stayed one night. Needed a place close to the airport before traveling to Princeville to stay for the week. Very small but clean. Parking is a challenge if arriving late. Staff was quick to respond via text message. Fresh coffee in the morning. Could hear through the walls. For a quick one night stay, not bad, But would not stay longer than that.

Nice hotel but location a challenge

Really nice hotel/resort. Management on site and very responsive to all requests. Only draw back is location which is off the main area by cruise ships. Tough time getting to beach.

Aloha from a small corner of Kauai

Nice quaint, small place. The price was right. Don't expect the big rooms of those large hotels/resorts. Yes the room was small, the bathroom was even tinier. But it was cozy, the bed was comfy and most important everything was clean. And the people were welcoming. Definitely felt the Aloha!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kauai Palms Hotel 🌺✨ We booked the garden studio, and our room was absolutely perfect – clean, cozy, and in a super convenient location for exploring Kauai 🚗🌴. But what made our stay so memorable was the incredible staff 🙏💚. A special mention to Lisa, who was always a joy to correspond with, Talia, who was always super friendly and kind, and an extra heartfelt shoutout to Rini, who was beyond kind and warm when we arrived. Her genuine kindness and heartfelt welcome truly set the tone for our entire stay, and we felt her Aloha in every moment 🌞🌈. Thank you, Rini, for making our Kauai time extra special 💛. VERY clean

Small but VERY clean room in a quaint Hawaiian style older hotel. We were arriving after hours and were given instructions via text on where and how to get in the lock box. Close to the airport and worked very well for our one night stay.

It was 4th of July weekend and we’re in town for softball at the Koloa softball fields . It was cheaper than most for that weekend and the convenience of being close to town was a plus! It was a short drive to Koloa and back which was a breeze! We will be back next time without and kuleana so we can enjoy!!

Decent but small.

Very average accommodations. Clean enough but dated. The WiFi was extremely slow. Friendly staff. Coffee served in the mornings. Ice machine is behind closed doors. The room was very small but clean. Wish there were more outlets. Small refrigerator and air conditioning were pleasant surprises. Street noise is pretty loud.
