The hotel was very understaffed leading to poor quality service, slow service . Amenities being closed when advertised open . The main restaurant isn’t even open all week . The food was subpar . Extremely expensive food that wasn’t good . Waited forever for orders and food . The hotel needs some upgrading at the pool and more of an upbeat atmosphere

The additional fees, resort fees, parking fee even though we have a handicap placard. We still need to pay parking fee. Our room key didnt work multiple times which was very inconvenient. I tried to book breakfast in their restaurant but it said full so I just ordered to go. When I picked up the food, the restaurant had a lot of empty tables. We should have been reimbursed for 1night when we had to be evacuated due to the tsunami warning since we came back to the room after midnight. Im sorry but cant say anything good about the hotel, hlusekeepers always tell us that they cant clean the room coz they had to go home at 4pm?? The island was perfect, we had fun swimming in the beach.

We love this resort, it has great service, a perfect location and we always enjoy our time here. Even the Tsunami shelter in place couldn’t ruin our trip here.

The resort and parking fees should have been included in the cost at time of booking. Fees on fees jacking the bill up is not cool.

It's clean good staff but you cannot swim at the beach and you cannot walk anywhere. Do not count on Uber or Lyft you definitely need a car.

The property was nice. Room was very good. Nice and clean. A/C kept it cool (after a maintenance request). Only real complaint was some of the staff. They were not very friendly and were actually a little rude the first two days we stayed. I would give this place another try.
