This cottage features 4 bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms , free wifi, AC/washer/dryer. Located on a private/gated street. Set in the heart of the 800 acre world famous Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort and Kauai Lagoons Golf course. Sonesta beach access and great golf rates give you the advantages of the resort and yet you are living in a private home. We are in walking distance from restaurants, sandy beach, surf, golf, tennis, with gorgeous views overlooking Beach and Water.

The lanais look out over the bay and at any time you can watch surfers, canoe paddlers, sail boats and occasional dolphins and sea turtles. Open the sliding glass doors and relax on lounges with a glass of wine and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The short walk to the elevator will bring you down to the most beautiful beach and offers wide array of water sports, kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, and outrigger canoe paddling. Arrange lessons or equipment from Kauai Beach Boys concession, located next to Duke's restaurant.
