Pleasant stay!

Pleasant stay, just slightly surprised when the staff left shortly after checking us in. Nice breakfast delivered outside our room in the morning. Unfortunately, our busy schedule left no time to try the pool or treatments.

Amazing! Highly Recommended

A beautiful hotel hidden on the outskirts of Lille. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the venue is lovely. Very clean and quiet. The room was large, clean and warm and well equipped with amenities. The spa was beautiful and the pool was very relaxing. Breakfast each morning was also a great highlight! Highly recommend.

This property was tidy and the bedroom and bathroom were clean and quiet. However, the kitchen was dirty and some of the items (including the fridge) had not been cleaned. The pool was only open at inconvenient (for us) times, which was a shame as it looked attractive.

Where to start with this "hotel" the staff were pleasant enough. The pool is just a accident waiting to happen. Apart from wing nuts screwed into the side of the pool and a light hanging out of it's fitting there was the water pump that sucked my hand into it,as the cover was missing. I will be putting in a complaint with Expedia over this,Not a great experience overall. The room was nice just a little worn. I did get a good night's sleep though as the bed was big and cosy.

Le cadre est sympathique j’ai séjourné 3 nuits aucun service de chambre serviette pitoyable et non présentable ni même remplacée, accueil du responsable non commerçant du tout le plus important n’est pas le bien être de la personne mais son argent Dommage de délaisser le service et l’accueil il ferait mieux de gérer un camping

Pour une retraite zen et isolée

Très bon séjour au sein de l'établissement, dans le calme et la sérénité, avec un complément massage très relaxant. Seul inconvénient, le site est vraiment isolé, et sans voiture, il est compliqué d'y séjourner. Enfin, le tarif de l'accès au Spa (hammam+jacuzzi) mériterait d'être adapté pour les personnes qui résident dans l'établissement.
