The staff members were nice and polite. The problem was the hotel room and facilities. Stuffy, with only one very small circular window, so it was very claustrophobic for two. Minimal amenities, no complimentary water, no fridge and no kettle. It was just like a student hostel, but only slightly cheaper than other hotels in Lille, so we regretted our choice. We have stayed in Ibis hotels elsewhere, but have rarely felt so uncomfortable.

Hôtel bien placé et personnel très agréable. Couchage très inconfortable matelas qui glisse et alaise bruyante et trop grande. Climatisation très bruyante Entrée dans la douche trop étroite.
