Séjour très agréable.
Du côté location, le parking privatif est un point très important, par contre les remontées d'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain sont désagréables. Autrement l'appartement est fonctionnel, et bien équipé.
Du côté touristique, Roubaix et ses alentours proposent une gamme très variés de sorties, de visite en tout genre. Il y en a pour tout les gouts.
Ma femme et moi avons passer un très bon séjour.
