The entire staff were friendly and helpful.We had 8 rooms and they made the check-in process very smooth and stress-free. Adriana at front desk made sure our check-out process was organized and fast. The staff around the hotel and restaurants were friendly and always ready to serve their guests. Second year staying here with our group, we will be coming back every year.

Good stay, Good location

Great Hotel in Miraflores area. Very walkable to the coast and other points of interest in the Miraflores area. It did seem a little more on the expensive side for what you get. But here you are obviously paying for location. Breakfast buffet is just ok, could use some improvement.

The staff is very friendly and helpful The hotel was clean and centrally located in Miraflores. It is close to the cat park and most tour operators will pick and drop you from this hotel. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious.
