The Fraudulent host with no property

This was the worst vacation experience possible. There was no communication with the host and the property does not belong to the host. The property shown in the pictures and located at the address given is residential apartments and the man in the lobby never heard of Vrbo or of anyone in the building renting out their apartment. It was all a scam. We were left without a place to stay and we are still out the money we paid as well. So far Vrbo has not been much help either. We are still waiting and hoping for a resolution from them.
