Not impressed. Privacy invaded.

Room service barged in our room while we were sleeping and woke us up. Room service came back again while we were in the bathroom and insisted we wait while she changed the bedding and took out our garbage. So awkward and she did not understand we were asking her to leave, so we could have privacy. This was an hour before check out. We told her we were not ready for check out and she insisted we had to wait for her to finish. Not impressed. For breakfast there were no protein options. The man running the breakfast was very friendly along with front desk staff. The hotel misrepresents themselves by the pictures and it’s not as clean as we thought it would be. I would not recommend this hotel.

Just having couples getaway, forget that this hotel is more for the family with children. Elevator makes a lot of noise, very nice place but building showing its age

Hotel was nice and surprisingly quiet for the amount of kids there. Would definitely be a great place to take young kids in the winter. Good selection of restaurants nearby and nice breakfast.

Nice property - a little dated but well maintained. The layout is unique and kind of a throwback to multi-function hotels of a generation ago. It was nice to walk through the main area and see a couple playing air-hockey. Staff was exceptional! Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. BL, it was a good stay and a very good value.

We were very pleased with this beautiful property. We just needed one night while we traveled. This hotel was beautiful, the staff was pleasant, and the room was clean and ready for weary travelers. I recommend this hotel if you need one night or more than a few nights. The pool area was clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful.
