No tenían la información de la reserva

Llegamos con mi esposa y 4 hijos y nos encontramos con la sorpresa que los dueños del departamento no conocían de nuestra reserva. Según indicaron Hoteles.com no les había hecho llegar ninguna información de la reserva. Tenían el departamento ocupado y no pudimos alojarnos donde habíamos esperado. Nos ayudaron solucionando el problema y nos consiguieron otro departamento a unas pocos cuadras, pero que era de menor nivel que el que teníamos seleccionado, al menos de lo que habíamos visto en foto del primero. Afortunadamente solo fue una noche, porque de lo contrario nos hubiera complicado la estadía en Lima.
