Check-in was terrible, the property has 2 towers, after I received the property message confirming and letting us know that the key was going to be left at the reception in a closed envelope, we thought that would be it, just as simple as our check in at the apartment building we stayed at, in Miraflores, through vrbo. When we arrived we spoke to the receptionist and he knew nothing. He wanted me to provide information from the owner and thay was never shared by Expedia, we had a first name and phone number. The receptionist couldn't figure out where was the key, he gave us a key and that apartment was rented and occupied. Finally after a long wait he managed to get ahold of someone who said it was in a different tower/ reception. The apartment was great!

Great apartment, bad check in process

The property was located in a great area near kids of shopping and good restaurants. My flight came in very late but luckily there was a security guard to let me in. Check in process wasn't very good because I wasn't told where to go out whom to contact.

Anfitrião excelente, apto grande entretanto toalhas horríveis, sabonetes terríveis. Não havia nem uma garrafa de água. Água quente nos chuveiros não durou mais de três minutos. Localizado em local bom com vários cafés e restaurantes. Falta um upgrade em alguns itens.
