Fantastic Stay - Wonderful Communication

We had a quick two day trip in Lima and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a nice part of town and had everything you needed. We had plenty of space and the building was nice. There was a minor issues with the clothes dryer, but once we notified the owner, he immediately responded and went above and beyond to fix the issues and make our stay great! Would recommend and stay again!

Moldy. Very moldy in an unhealthy way. I feel sad to have to write a bad review but I also hate for another family to end up in the same situation. This place smelled awful. Unfortunately it really set us all up for feeling sick by the time we left. We had to check out a day early because the mold and smell was so horrid, especially in the master bedroom. Find a place in Lima that had heat. I think this is key as if there is no heat, with all the dampness of being so near the ocean the place it likely to be moldy.

My Lima / Miraflores stay

We stayed at this place for 7 days. It was great as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was well stocked with amenities like towels and garbage bags and enough dishes / pots and pans to have complete meals with no problem. The only issue which is not specific to this place is the noise of the street but you pretty much get used to it. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will come back and stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Apartment

We had such a wonderful stay. This apartment is the only one I could find with a king size bed which sold me! The view is nice, it’s on the 21st floor, which makes you feel like you’re on top of the world and at peace. The apartment was extremely clean, and had everything you could need. Italo was extremely helpful. Also the apartment building is very secure and made us feel safe. Great location with plenty of taxis nearby. The check in process was easy as well. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Peru. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Nice centrally located property. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. An fyi for you soft squishy Americans (thats us) theres no AC, so be prepared to sleep with the windows open.
