Very nice location very close to the pier in Barranco. Very beautiful sunset on the Pacific. 20-30 min stroll to Larcomar commercial complex on the pier in front of Marriott in Miraflores and 10 min stroll to the bridge of sigh. Clean and new building for residence with kitchen. Many utensils are available. Tableware was simple and good. It would have been much better if coffee machine or coffee dripper was available. The kitchen knife was very dull, almost useless. Travelers who are going to use kitchen are advised to check the conditions of the availability and the conditions of utensils before reservation.
