They contacted me to change the apartment for another one in the same area because there was a problem with that one. I love Miraflores Area, it has everything close. The apartment was ok, it was clean and close.

Pros: location is excellent. Very walkable to Parque Kenny, shopping, and many restaurants. The building is quiet. Cons: The check-in process was very poor. After traveling for over 16 hours, we were met by a clueless front desk person who said he had no idea who we were or what we were doing there. It turns out that all the apartments in this building are managed by different owners and we were supposed to have received check-in instructions from Wynwood prior to our arrival but never did. The person at the front desk ultimately gave us the keys to the wrong apartment since he said those were the only keys available that were given to him. One hour later we were told we were in the wrong apartment and needed to leave. I ended up contacting Wynwood directly and they finally gave me the correct check in instructions and a PIN number to enter the correct apartment. Overall it was a huge hassle! The apartment itself is semi-clean, although very dusty so bring your allergy meds. One toilet was clogged most of our stay and smelled badly the entire time. The clothing dryer did not work properly and we had to air dry our things. The apartment is also extremely humid and it has an intense humid odor that was only alleviated by leaving the windows open 24/7. There are TVs available but you have to use your own netflix account to log in. No basic channels are available. Overall I give it 3/5 stars. There’s better places to stay in Miraflores.

Ótimo apartamento, acomodações espaço, cozinha boa, quartos bons, camas boas, só os banheiros precisam de uma reforma está vazando água pelos boxes e alaga, chuveiro esfria quando esta usando, acredito que tem um tempo para usar .

El establecimiento tiene una excelente ubicación pero las amenidades del mismo dejan mucho que desear. No había suficiente papel de baño para los 6 días que pagamos de estadía, no habían ni servilletas ni papel mayordomo ni trapos para limpiar. No había cafetera y la solicité desde un inicio y nunca resolvieron! La secadora NO SIRVE, llegaron tres veces supuestamente a revisarla y que todo estuviera bien y nunca funcionó. No resuelven los inconvenientes del apartamento. La persona que estaba en recepción no tenía ninguna idea de nuestro ingreso y tampoco enviaron las instrucciones de cómo acceder. Terrible, muy mala experiencia, que lo único que lo salvó fue que tenía muy buena ubicación.
