I would not recommend this accommodation. The booking through Relocated was fine, but the experience with the property itself was very poor.
Although the apartment looked okay, it had a strong musty smell, as if it hadn’t been used or ventilated properly.
Despite completing pre-check-in, we arrived at midnight and had to wait over an hour for the keys. The building reception (not connected to the property) had no information and couldn’t help.
When the staff member finally arrived, his attitude was rude and full of excuses rather than solutions.
We booked a two-bedroom apartment and requested two keys, which was not properly handled. There was no air conditioning, and when we asked for a fan, we were told none was available.
The main door key didn’t work properly, making access difficult. We reported it on day one but nothing was resolved.
Communication via WhatsApp was frustrating — lots of apologies but no real action.
While the location is good and the apartment itself is acceptable, poor management, lack of organisation, humidity smell and broken blinds made the stay disappointing.
I would not stay here again.
