The employees here are trained in excellent customer service. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by a guest who was kicking and knocking on the door across from us for 50 minutes from 1am-1:50. When we called the front desk they sent a man with a crowbar and god knows what else and the noise of kicking, banging, yelling, and crowbarring continued. Not technically the hotels fault but I wonder why they couldn’t stop the domestic dispute with the woman yelling incessantly when they came up. The hotel is in a great location, is very pretty, rooms are small and our shower drain was severely backed up. Pool was great for our kids, the saunas are lukewarm (as my Peruvian husband says they are the temperature preference of Peruvians who don’t like super hot water, not foreigners who like a hot tub at 104 degrees or hot saunas. Overall I would stay here again but mostly for the location.

If I didn’t know, better, I would’ve thought I was staying at a Ritz Carlton property. This is a superior hotel with amazing customer service. I cannot rave enough about how attentive their staff is. I traveled with my elderly mother, and they walked us all the way to the hotel and make sure we got to our gate. That is above and beyond! The hotel room was extremely clean and beautiful. We had a very restful night before our early morning flight. I had a lovely complementary cocktail at the bar and again experienced very friendly staff. I will definitely go back!

The room and spa were wonderful. The staff at the front desk is poorly trained. We went to 5 separate people and received 5 different answers about our bill. My husband had to argue with the front desk people that our bill had been paid. We even had the receipt and one woman wanted to charge us again. A big cluster. You are an international hotel and the front needs to speak and understand English.

I know this is an airport hotel, but it’s also the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in within Latin America. There is nothing comparable. Not only is it convenient to the airport, but it is just steps from the arrivals and departures area on a walkway built just for the hotel. The free breakfast buffet is incredible. Skip the Miraflores hotels and use this one as your base in Lima.
