Part of property is not actual San Martin

Apartment was under repair . In bathroom no flooring tiles & tiles on walls ( just cement plaster ). Mosquitoes in kitchen and bathroom. Small spider on bed. First 24 hours problem in toilet flush so no water. My apartment was maintained by some agency . Reception staff said they only handover the keys because it is maintained by other.

It is a very old apartment, had a rotten and damp smell. the air conditioning spewed water and flooded the floor. the bathroom was dirty and had soaps used by previous guests in the shower. lousy everything!
