Sunny Three Bedroom House near the beach

The house is located on the ground floor of a three-floor building. It is located in a central, yet very quiet neighborhood, just a two-minute walk from an organized beach, the Limassol Municipal Gardens and Zoo, the Public Art Gallery and the Limassol Archaeological museum. It is very close to a supermarket, coffee houses and restaurants (Starbucks, Fridays, etc). The house is the very spacious and is surrounded by a garden. The green inside patio area is quiet and private and can be used mornings, afternoons and evenings. The three bedrooms are spacious with AC (bedroom 1,2) and ceiling fan (bedroom 3). Rooms have separate verandas. The bathroom is fully renovated with a rain shower and a big tub. The kitchen is well equipped with a new stove, dishwasher refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, as well as cutlery and crockery for six. A washing machine, an ironing board and an iron are part of the house equipment. There is a dining room, separate from the kitchen area, and a spacious living room with a smart TV, cable channels as well as Netflix. Parking in front of the house is free. Enjoy a quiet and green neighborhood, with easy access to all local sites, coffee shops and shopping area. Relaxing views and friendly surroundings are the characteristics of this house.
