As a corner end unit, it offers extra windows and wide ocean views from a single-level layout with no stairs. The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
