Update! Bed bugs! .... Before booking I called to ask questions, but the call was to a reservation service that doesn't even live or work near the motel. They told me that after booking through a third party I could call the hotel to let them know about ADA needs. Reserved a suite for 4 people. Started calling the motel at 4pm, left a message, kept calling until 8:30pm. Office hours are from 10am to 8pm. Never got a return call!
Got a welcome text, saying to let them know if we needed anything. Again I told them about the ADA needs. Got a text enroute to location that they could not meet our needs, suggested a different room type. I asked what type of room. They told me they found the type of room I had reserved with no stairs. Great. Told them I would be there after hours we made arrangements to get the key. The room was an old, smelly, run down space that looked nothing like the pictures! Sleeps 2! Half our party had to go find other accommodations at 10pm. No interior dead bolt or locks. Door rattled all night long. Furniture was filthy. Had to wait around to talk to office staff. The person at the desk was rude and uncaring about our situation. Waste of time, energy, and money! Worst place we have ever stayed! If I could give negative stars I would.
