It was great for what we needed. I tried to reach out and extend our stay via text and email, but I never received a response. It was Labor day weekend, so I understand they were probably full, but it would have been nice to hear back. Other than that, I would recommend.

need some work

the place needed some work , the rubber around the icebox would not stay on. the blind in the bedroom would not come down. the fans in the bathroom sounded like a train coming in the room. this is a nice place but need some care.

Lincon city stay

Overall was a nice stay, needs an air conditioner gets warm and there isnt any way to cool it. Also a washer dryer in condo would be very beneficial.

We enjoyed our accommodations even though this was the first time we tried staying "off the beach". We had a bit of a learning curve "streaming" TV for the 1st time ever, lol. We received prompt verbal help and she was very patient. Nice place, quiet, peaceful and the ocean view was close enough to enjoy and hear. Would stay again.

We love that this unit is across the street from the beach. Last year we stayed on the beach. Too much sand got in the unit. This unit, #171, is perfectly situated. The view was great, too.
